Symptoms

While doing sales order pick release, system allowing to do picking from different project locator than the one entered on the sales order line.

The item is a hard pegged Item and project on the sales order Line is mentioned as XXX . When user is trying to perform the pick release picking is happening from another project locator. The expectation is in such case, the sales order should get back ordered as the onhand is not available in corresponding project locator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create and book a sales order and link the line to a project XXX. (Navigation Order Management -> Order, Returns -> Sales Order)
2. Run Pick release for the sales order. (Navigation: Order Management -> Shipping -> Release Sales Order -> Release Sales Orders)
3. Find that pick release completed successfully from a non sales order project locator.
