Symptoms

While searching with Service Request number and Task Number in Debrief HTML page, the following error occurs:

 

 


The issue can be reproduced using the steps below:
1. Log in  with Field Service Manager responsibility.
2. Navigate to Debrief HTML page.
3. Perform a search using service request number and task number as search criteria.
