After applying patch 35903176 user not able to create or open eAM work requests, and
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintenance Superuser Responsibility => Maintenance Home
2. Click on the ‘Work requests’ tab.
3. In the Status field, select status ‘Awaiting Work Order’
4. Click Go
5. A list of Work Requests are returned.
6. Select any work request record and click the pencil icon to bring up the ‘Update’ window.
7. An Error page appears.
