Symptoms
When Attempting to Set Profile Option (e.g. GL: Use Approval Management (AME) for journal approval) at Responsibility Level, Unable to Edit the Profile option Value
STEPS
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to System Administrator Responsibility
2. Navigate to Profile -> System
3. Query Profile (e.g. GL: Use Approval Management (AME) for journal approval)
4. Select the check box near Responsibility
5. Provide the Responsibility name
6. Click on Find
