Symptoms
When using PDRT Tool for Timecards some records are going into error with following message
"This person has outstanding timecards for retrieval. Process the outstanding timecards.
(HXC_DRT_DRC_ERR1)"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create Timecards
2. Approve Timecards
3. Retrieve Timecards to Recipient Application
4. Modify/Delete some of the retrieved timecards
5. Run the PDRT tool
6. It errors on these timecards
