Symptoms
When attempting to login to EBS
the following error occurs on the browser

Following Error message is in the OAcore out file

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Provide the URL in the Browser
2. Login page is not displayed.
3. Users see 500 internal server error message
