IProcurement Item Long Description Not In-sync With Item Master Long Description (Doc ID 3065793.1)

Symptoms

iProcurement item long description not in-sync with item master.
After updating the item's long description but when search the item on iProcurement page it shows the old long description. 
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement Responsibility
2. Go to Shop> Home
3. Search the Item
4. Verify the item long description
