When trying to access Enterprise Command Center (ECC) for Oracle Payables, is "Payables Dashboard" still used?

Navigation:

Payables Manager --> Payables Dashboard

The folder contains other menu items:

          Supplier Balance

          Holds

          Period Close

          Discount Opportunities
