Error encountered while opening Contract from Item Instance Form in Oracle Install Base HTML based page.

The data that defines the flexfield on this field may be inconsistent. Please inform your system administrator that the value set ARXSTR_TRX_DATE has an incorrect format type (D).
STEPS:
----------------------
1. Log in with the Oracle Installed Base Agent User responsibility.
2. Navigate to the Item Instance Form and query the desired item instance.
3. Select the associated contract.
4. Click on the contract number.
5. The described DFF error appears.
