Symptoms
When the usage is falling short of contract term, the usage is not extended during the evergreen state.
STEPS
-----------------------
1.Create a usage based contract and book it.
2.Bill the contract and usage for complete term
3.Run the terminate expired program to change to evergreen
4.The usage line ending before contract term is not getting considered for extension
