When submitting the WIP ECC data load (Discrete Manufacturing), the process fails on the dataset wip-serialdetails
WIP ECC Data load log shows the following error.

2024-11-06 15:12:42.146 [pool-5-thread-1] ERROR 1.o.e.i.u.s.i.DataLoadControllerServiceImpl - job failed with error code:There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule WIP_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset wip-serialdetails for job 1,800,010 There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule WIP_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset wip-serialdetails for job 1,800,010 exception details:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 16 in tablespace TEMP

The issue can be reproduced as follows
1. Log in to Work in Process responsibility.
2. Go to View > Requests > Submit WIP ECC Data Load Program.
4. Select parameter Load Type = Full Load
5. View program completes with error.
