EBS: Workflow Mailer "Protocol is not supported" Error During The IMAP Configuration (Doc ID 3066287.1)

Symptoms

While configuring the Workflow Mailer IMAP Setup, Test connection is failing with "Protocol is not supported" error.

All the prerequisites as per below Oracle Document are in place.

Configuring Oracle Workflow for OAuth 2.0 with Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 and Release 12.1.3 (Doc ID 2884072.1)

The OACore Log has captured below error.
