The following error occurs when the user try to reserve an order : 

FRM-40735:WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

The OM debug log shows the following error:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go the Global Sales Order Entry From
2. Go to the Lines Tab and Select an item
3. Select the Shipping tab
4. Enter the quantity and click save
5. Enter the location and click save
6. Notice that the above mentioned error message shows up
