Revenue Accounting Comment Values Are Not Stored in AR_REVENUE_ADJUSTMENTS Table From RAM Wizard (Doc ID 3066441.1)

Symptoms

Record Acceptance comments are not getting stored in database "AR_REVENUE_ADJUSTMENTS" table which are entered in RAM Wizard form.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Receivables Manager Responsibility
2. Control > Accounting > Revenue Accounting
3. Query up invoice where a contingency has been setup on the inventory item
4. Click Manage Revenue button
5. In 'Manage Revenue Step 1' form select 'Record Acceptance' and Press Next button
6. In 'Manage Revenue Step 2' form select 'All lines requiring acceptance'
    Enter anything in the 'Comments' field
    Click Next button
7. In 'Manage Revenue Step 3' form
    Click Finish button
    The Comments entered are not stored in AR_REVENUE_ADJUSTMENTS table
