ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to create/add a supplier site in the Supplier Address Book for any supplier, the Operating Unit list of values does not show all
the values as per the MO: Security Profile Setup.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to see all the operating units in the supplier site creation page as per the MO: Security Profile setup for the responsibility.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Purchasing responsibility: Supply Base> Suppliers
2. Query a supplier and attempt to create a new site for any address book
3. All the expected operating units are not shown in the list of values when creating the site
