Symptoms

When attempting to add a credit card in the Credit Cards screen in Payables (form APXWCARD), the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to a Payables responsibility
2. Open the Credit Cards form
3. Query an active Card Program
4. Query an Employee name
5. Fill in the 16 digits of the Credit Card number
6. Save it
