ARDLP Errors With ORA-01422 Exact Fetch Returns More Than Requested Number Of Rows (Doc ID 306708.1)

Symptoms

Staged dunning letters fail with ORA-01422 exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.
Dunning has worked ok previously.

The problem happens when run dunning for more than one customer, ie enter a customer name low and customer name high parameter when submitting dunning. If dunning is run for just one customer then it work fine.

The same error happens when running the Dunning Preliminary Report.

The following select returned no rows so there are no duplicate profile amount records:-
exec fnd_client_info.set_org_context(&org_id);

select customer_id, currency_code, customer_site_use_id
from ar_customer_profile_amounts
group by customer_id, currency_code, customer_site_use_id
having count(*) > 1;

Changes

The problem started after a conversion that used the open interface tables. Bill-to sites from one operating unit is converted to operating unit for org_id 425.
