Symptoms

When try to creating the Project related Purchase Requisition the following error showing

Purchase Requisition Amount Exceeds Project Budget

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
Go to requisition -> Create requisition
Go to distributions and populate the project details
Save the details and check the issue.
