Third Party Accrual From Resale Table Submitted In Draft Status Is Calculating Earned Amount (Doc ID 3067301.1)

Symptoms

Third Party Accrual From Resale Table program when submitted in DRAFT status, User is reporting accruals are calculated in Earned Checkbook.  In DRAFT status, should not calculate to Earned and only update the Utilized amount in offer checkbook. 

In DRAFT, details are expected to be stored in OZF_FUNDS_UTILIZED_DRAFT_ALL, OZF_RESALE_DRAFT_LOGS_ALL and OZF_RESALE_LINES_INT_DRAFT_ALL tables.


Steps:
1. Trade Management Administrator > Concurrent Request > Run
2. Run concurrent program "Third Party Accrual From Resale Table" with parameter DRAFT status
3. Check offer checkbook, not seeing utilized, only earned.
