Symptoms

Workflow for Lease amendment does not go to the user that amended the lease but instead to the person who created the lease

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Amend lease
2. Finalize
3. Workflow notification goes to the period who created the lease, not the person who amended the lease
