WIPTXMAT: Error You Have An Invalid Locator Error When Trying To Perform WIP Component Issue (Doc ID 3067348.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to select a locator on the WIP Material Transactions form, the following error occurs. Onhand is available and reservable. There is no other data corruption on the item or onhand quantity.

ERROR
You have entered an invalid locator.

STEPS
1. Responsibility: Work in Process.
2. Navigation: Material Transactions > WIP Material Transactions.> Enter the Job, Item, Quantity, Subinventory, Locator.
3. Try to save the transaction and get the above error.
