In Vehicle Repository, Registration Number Field Is Not Editable When User Tries to Update The Record Which Is Created Wrongly (Doc ID 3067362.1)

Symptoms

When user tries to update the wrong entry made in vehicle repository, Registration Number it is not editable for update

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to HRMS Manager Responsibility

2. Navigate to Total Compensation > Basic > Vehicle Repository

3. Click on Create the Vehicle button and enter the details and click on Apply button

4. Now click on Update button against the record for which wrong entry was created, but registration number button is greyed out and cannot able to edit it
