Create Item icon missing at the "Sub Tab Bar: (subTabBar1)"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Create Item icon Must be visible at the "Sub Tab Bar: (subTabBar1)"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the fixed assets responsibility
2. Functional administrator --> Personalize
