Symptoms

When running the PRC: Transaction Import of timecards from OTL, you get the following error:

MSG-20002: pre_import: ORA-20001: HXC_0012_GNRET_NO_TIMECARDS:
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_TRX_IMPORT", line 6913

You know that there are older timecards that have been approved but have never transferred over to Projects. The output file shows no data found as well.
