Able to Close work orders with Open OSP purchase orders
Expect that system should not allow to close work orders if there are OPEN OSP purchase orders


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login into Enterprise Asset Management responsibility
2.Work orders > Close Work orders
