PTO Accruals Incorrect for Employees with Multiple Assignments (Doc ID 306778.1)

 How can employees take vacation and sick time against their multiple assignments?

If an employees has multiple assignments, each assignment is assigned a PTO plan and time taken is
reported to each assignment through BEE. The BEE process creates the element entries correctly
and it creates the absence records (absence form) as well. The absence form is at the person
level. The problem is - time taken for multiple assignments is being doubled. This occurs for
all plan types (vacation, sick, etc.) and only for multiple assignments. The doubling up is
causing the accrual form, SOE, external archive table, and check/deposit advice to show incorrect
net entitlement information for each assignment.
