Symptoms
When saving a new timecard using Self Service page, the following error occurs on timecard:
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Employee Self-Service Responsibility or equivalent.
2. Navigate to Time > Create Timecard.
3. The system is trying to open the page but after some time, the error is displayed.
