WebADI Template Upload Erroring With: Script Error 'Error: Object Doesn't Support Property Or Method 'startsWith'' (Doc ID 3067850.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to version 12.2.12 of E-Business Suite (EBS), now seeing scripting error showing on screen when attempting to upload a WebADI template:

Script Error
Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'startsWith'



STEPS
--------
1) Create a new WebADI template.
Example: Journal Template via Oracle General Ledger using the Journal Wizard.
Using a General Ledger Responsibility, navigate to Journals > Journal Wizard > Create Document.
2) Enter data in the newly created template.
3) Select Upload from the Oracle tab in Excel and the error is seen.


Changes

 Upgrade to EBS version 12.2.12.
