Goal

The user is trying to create receipts using the Ship-to location, but when navigating to Receipts > Receipts > Customer > Location > the list of values shows only the Bill-to locations.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receipts> Receipts
                 Create Receipt > Customer > Location > The list of values shows only the Bill-to locations
