Symptoms
When attempting to create a new employee under HRMS Manager responsibility -> People form - PERWSHRG
the following error occurs:
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger unhandled exception ORA-01502
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.(N) HRMS Manager -> People form.
2. Create a new employee -> Provide all the required details.
3. Save -> Error is raised.
