Generate Service Request And Task Program Requires Cust Primary Contact Id (Doc ID 306811.1)

The "Generate Service Requests and Tasks" concurrent program does not generate Service Requests
(and Tasks) if the customer does not have a primary contact setup in AR.

The request log contains errors for those records:
Effectivity ID 10043 : Error in Service Request creation.API Programming Error
(CS_ServiceRequest_PVT.Create_SR_Validation): The value for parameter Primary Contact Information
cannot be NULL.API Programming Warning (CS_ServiceRequest_PUB.Create_ServiceRequest): Value '' for
verify_cp_flag has been ignored and defaulted to 'Y' .

The profile Service : Make Contact Mandatory is set to No.

It should not be necessary to provide a Primary contact in SR/Task if the profile Service : Make
Contact Mandatory is set to No.
