Symptoms
Internal Requisitions / Orders picked and shipped from Order Management (OM) do not appear in the Find Expected Receipts window.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Complete Internal Requisition via Purchasing or iProcurement
- Select Deliver to Subinventory and select subinventory
- Internal Order is created and Booked
- Pick and Ship Order
- Item is picked and shipped from Warehouse (like an expense item)
- Try finding the expected receipt for that item via
PO Responsibility > Receiving > Receipts in the Destination Warehouse but it is not found.
Error window pops up with:
APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria.
Cause: There are no records that match your search criteria.
Action: Re-enter your search criteria with fewer or different parameters.
