PAAPIMP_SI - Can not find burden schedule revision - When no burdening expected (Doc ID 306817.1)

Symptoms

Running PRC: Interface Supplier Costs from AP and receive exception:

"Can not find burden schedule revision"

(May also see NO_IND_RATE_SCH_REVISION in the request log.)

The expenditure type is in the active Burden Structure.
The Burden Schedule is active for the date range in which the expenditure item falls.
There is no rate in this schedule for this expenditure type.

The process functions properly but generates this error (exception) every time when encountering
an expenditure item that is not burdened (nor expected to be burdened).

Changes

Running on Projects Family Pack 11i.PJ_PF.L with 11.5.9.
