Categories/Items Not Shown In iProcurement Store For New OU When Enabled 'POR: Display Shopping Category Count' (Doc ID 3068539.1)

Symptoms

Categories(and Items under category) are not shown in iProcurement Stores when profile option 'POR: Display Shopping Category Count' is set to Yes
for newly created OU(Operating Unit) linked iProcurement responsibility.
Category should be shown in the Store under Category Hierarchy with item count.

In case Item searched from iProcurment Homepage search field in store, then Item gets displayed fine.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Setups:
 - Category Hierarchy set
     ex) Browsing Category A(x) -> Category B(x) -> Category C(x) ->Target Item Category D
 - Store XX assigned with Content zone that restrict access by new OU X
 - Profile 'POR: Display Shopping Category Count' is set to Yes
 - Valid source Agreement exists for this Operating Unit and when Item searched in Homepage item is shown fine.

Step to reproduce;
1. Go to iProcurement Home page
2. Click the Store XX link
3. No categories found
