After debriefing the Tasks, the Interface Service Cost to Projects program is not generating the Material Expenditure Item IDs for some of the Service Requests.

After completion of Interface Service cost to projects program, the Expenditure Item IDs must be generated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Field Service Management (R)
2) Access the Service Request
3) Debrief the Tasks for the Service Request and run the program Interface Service cost to Projects
4) After the program is completed, Select the View Cost details from Tools 2 in the Service Request
5) The Expenditure Item Id column shows no data
