Symptoms

No Warning Message While Making a Location Inactive With Active Assignments

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. End Date an Active Location previously assigned to an Employee
2. No warning message is displayed
3. Now Inactive Location is mapped to an Active Employee Assignment
