Symptoms

Customer migrated EBS 12.2.8 following the next documents:
 Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 System Schema Migration (Doc ID 2755875.1)
 Applying the Oracle E-Business Suite Consolidated Patch for EBS System Schema Migration (Doc ID 2774309.1)

when trying to open any of the custom self-service pages:
FRM-40735 when-list-activated trigger raised unhandled exceptions ORA-28817

Steps to Reproduce:

 

  1. Upgrade EBS Version or apply newer CPU patches.
  2. Log in using system Administrator responsibility
  3. Concurrent
  4. Manager.
  5. select  workflow  ---> Administrator  workflow --> HOME
  6. Get error    FRM-40735    and ORA-28817 
 

 

Changes

 Customer Upgraded to 12.2.8 or Apply CPU JULY 2022 patches.
