Symptoms

Unable to hide the Attachment field in the workflow (WF) notifications for the Payables (AP) Invoice Approval/Remind emails.

The Attachment field of the AP Invoice Approval Notifications is also NOT hidden when seen from the Worklist WF Notifications

The fields is hidden in the customers pre-upgraded version R12.1.3 instance.

Upgrade from Release 12.1.3 to Release 12.2.13
