ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The customer has applied an upgrade driver merged with CUP13 and CUP14 and 34754463, 36663388, 36266266 to upgrade EBS 12.1.3 to EBS 12.2.13 on AWS environment. It took around 80 hours to apply it.


AWR report shows following bottleneck on %IO in the SQL ordered by Elapsed Time section.
