'View Attachment Document' Link in Approval Notification Errors If PO Attachments Are Larger Than PO Options Max Attachment Size Setting (Doc ID 3068839.1)

From the Approval Workflow Notification, the approver users cannot access the document attachments using 'View Document Attachment' link in the notification.

Attempting to do so results in the error below:

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Login to the application as approver user
  2. Click on purchase order approval notification link from Worklist
  3. Click on View document attachment within the notification body
  4. The error above occurs
