Requisition Can't Be Saved After Req Distribution DFF Error (Doc ID 3068874.1)

Symptoms

When we set the required requisition distribution DFF, the requisition recored can't be saved even though we enter the required DFF field value.

This issue occur only after the "Error: Please enter the required value for the XXXXXX segment in the Requisition Disbributions flexfield." error
by following the specific step by steps.

ERROR

Please enter the required value for the XXXXXX segment in the Requisition Disbributions flexfield.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PO(N)Requisitions > Requisitions
Enter the requisition header and press 'Distribution' button without saving.

2. Generate 'Charge Account' by cursor to this field.

3. Press save button, then the below DFF required error occur.
Error: Please enter the required value for the XXXXXX segment in the Requisition Disbributions flexfield.

4. Enter the requisition distribution DFF value and press save button.

5.After saving, it returned to the requisitions header screen but it hasn't saved.
This requisition can't be saved even though press the save button many times.
