Goal

Is it possible to create a Quote without creating the Sales order?

To Achieve this ,fulfillment workflow was not provided under transaction type .But the quote is stuck at ‘Customer Accepted’ status after customer acceptance and error “No workflow has been assigned to this transaction type” pops while progressing the quote.

Is this feasible ?Can quote be created without error and close on progressing without creating the Sales Order?
