Symptoms

When trying to update the visit date in the visit work package the following error occurs:

Error
The entity with header id (12345678) generated the following error(s).
The validation of the scheduling hierarchy has failed. Please correct any dependency or constraining relationships first. (Header Id=12345678)

Steps
-----------
1) Complex MRO User Responsibility
2) Planning > Visit Work Package > Visits > Update
3) Change the visit start date and ciick apply
4) Receive the error:

  The validation of the scheduling hierarchy has failed. Please correct any dependency or constraining relationships first. (Header Id=12345678)
