A billable expenditure item is costed, and it's on a ready-to-accrue task.
Also, funding is available, and its associated project meets all criteria for revenue generation.

When running the "PRC: Generate Draft Revenue For a Range of Projects" process, this expenditure item is not getting picked up and processed.
The Draft Revenue Generation Exception Report shows "No Data Exists For This Report".
