After upgraded to RUP18, when attempting to download Employee Personal Payment Methods data using Manage Payroll Payments (MPP) Spreadsheet Interface, it has been noted that the download process is taking longer time.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under HRMS Manager Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Mass Information eXchange: MIX.
3. Go to MPP (Manage Payroll Payments) Spreadsheet Interface
4. In Manage Payroll Payments: Spreadsheet Interface > select the required Payroll and click on Download - it has been observed that Spreadsheet Employee Personal Payment Methods takes too much time to be downloaded.
