Symptoms

Commitment amount is appearing negative for two projects in budget funds check results form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to Projects responsibility.

2. Navigate to Budgets form.

3. Click on Tools > Funds check result.

4. Check the commitment amount.
