When running Customer Interface, the following error is displayed in the Log file:

racudc: ORA-01407: cannot update ("AR"."HZ_PARTIES"."PARTY_NAME") to NULL

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: View > Requests

1. Submit Customer Interface Program

Upgrade application from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10

Upgrade Database to 19c
