Spending Organization Is Not A Valid Organization Defined In Oracle Applications (Doc ID 3069464.1)

Symptoms

When the the purchase order approval process is submitted, it is not completing and the document is not approved.

The workflow then sends a warning notification giving an error message, as noted below.


Error:
The following workflow notification is received - stating the following:  
"The spending organization is not a valid organization defined in Oracle applications."

Replication Steps:
1. The Purchase order is submitted for approval.
2.The approval workflow process starts but it does not complete
3. A notification is sent to the approver giving the above warning message

Other:
This error occurs intermittently, that is, it is not for all project OCs.
