Assembly Is Completed But In Job Quantity Still Remains

Symptoms
A WIP job has all the operations quantities have been completed. The job, however, remains on released instead of complete. In job history quantity of completed remains on blank. When searching for this job in WIP job summary, the completed quantity is 1.
The job should have updated to complete status and the quantity completed field in job history updated.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Work in process: Discrete->Discrete Jobs.
2. Search for the job.
3. The job data shows the jobs as released.
