Symptoms
There is data missing in the PDF Block 6
Expect
All data from the solicitation amendment should populate correctly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create solicitation amendment
2. View PDF of SF30 for the amendment
3. PDF for amendment does not show anything for Block 6, despite the information being there in the base solicitation and the amendment.
